Busdriver – Electricity Is on Our Side [Album Stream]

Los Angeles rapper Busdriver is back with the release of his new album titled Electricity Is on Our Side. The follow-up to 2015’s Thumbs is made up of 20 tracks, with guest features coming from Denmark Vessey, Swarvy, Hemlock Ernst, Kenny Segal, Dntel, Lorde Fredd33 and others.

“Drawing from memory and community roots, the 10th album from rap innovator BUSDRIVER plays out like an ode to modern folk art via the act’s characteristically warped take on the world’s leading pop music: hiphop,” the description reads. “Homespun and bursting with intention, “electricity is on our side” argues that the quintessential underground hiphop album is in fact the high art of the day
