Watch Khalid’s ‘Tiny Desk Concert’

Khalid dominated 2017 with his debut album, and has since then been picking up awards, touring and doing big features.
Now, it was time to reflect on how far he’s come with an appearance on NPR Music’s ‘Tiny Desk Concert’ series. “I’m just so glad that I got the courage and you know, I chased after my dreams and I started making music because it led to something like this, which is jut so beautiful and so amazing,” Khalid said.
For the intimate performance, he was joined by just acoustic guitarist Jef Villaluna, and performed three songs from his American Teen album: “Young Dumb & Broke,” “Location” and “Saved.”
